Adecco Professional Placement is looking for its client, an important multinational construction company, for a Project Engineer.
Project Engineer - is the ‘right-hand’ of the Project Manager. He will assist and support Project Manager on assigned projects.
In charge with the financial aspects of the projects, with costs management of the projects.
Resposibilities&Duties:
Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals
Initiate, prepare, review, track and distribute RFIs
Assist in management of project permit process
Conduct negotiation with subcontractors
Keeping the relationship with the subcontractors and architects
Preparations of procurement and bid packages
Update construction schedule based on project team input and materials delivery
Support the tendering activities
Soliciting, receiving, reviewing, and preparing quotations
Track and inspect material deliveries
Compiles reports regarding financial performance of the project (preparing cash flow and forecasting of the project)
Assist in preparation of monthly owner project status reports, as required
Communicate and enforce the Safety and Health Management Program
Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment
Min. 5 years’ experience in construction field
Min. 2 years relevant work experience
Background:
Engineering background.
Local experience required.
