The role will consist of:
- Managing the entire process of development of the projects in charge;
- Administrating the teams, the partners, subcontractors, keep relations with authorities etc;
- Monitoring the time parameters and quality standards in order to achive a time framed and results efficiency;
- Promote the company's image, identify good potential for business, present offers and negociate them, handle the contracts in all stages of development.
Suitable candidate for this job would have the following qualities:
- university degree in constructions - economy or architecture;
- min 3 years experience within the field of real estate development;
- good proven record with managing similar projects;
- good relations with authorities;
- highly organized;
- good social and communicational skills;
- target and results oriented;
- good managerial skills;
- knows very good the romanian market and trends;
- speaks excellent English (German language is an advantage).
