To manage full procurement process from pre-construction (design stage) to full construction phase.
Knowledge of permitting, design, construction, fit-out and commissioning stages in industrial, petrochemical, office and retail developments preferred.
Strong health, sfaty, quality and environment credentials required.
Cost Managers should have knowledge of both international and Romanian methods of measurement.
Knowledge of planning software (minimum MS Project) and MS Word/ Excel required.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
