RESPONSABILITATI

- This position is within Access Panels Department ¿ Panel Acquisition & Incentive Team. Once a respondent is part of our database, from time to time he/she will be invited to participate to various online surveys. The Project Coordinator should monitor the competition activity in terms of both recruitment questionnaire and incentive system.
- Monitor competitions and provide detailed reports about competition surveys.
- Provides legislatives reports, about the main legislative problems (Data Protection Act, Sensitive Questions, Taxation, Fiscality etc.).
- Makes studies from time to time about surveys design and propose measures to improve surveys design.
- The Project Coordinator provides relevant legal information to the Panel Acquisition & Incentive Manager in building the overall strategy for panelist incentive programs (voucher based on points system, gifts, marketing services or other goods that are defined as part of the incentive program).
- Prepares detailed report and presentations about the competition approach in terms of recruitment and incentive systems
- Provides inputs related to new incentive solutions;
- Ensures proper communications with AP and/or with other departments;
- Maintains an accurate database about the competition activity
- Responsible for the provided legal information having impact on recruitment/ incentive/ cost related activities.

Reports to deliver:
- Competition Monitor Report
- Legislation Monitor Report (for both recruitment and incentives for all the countries where we have panel or we intend to build)
- As a particular case, in charge with the legal support for the incentive system in Romania.


CERINTE

- Studies: bachelor degree in Law, Marketing Economics, Sociology;
- Experience: min. 1 year relevant experience;
- Must be extremely detail oriented, dependable, analytical and able to keep up in a fast paced environment;
- Communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and related departments inside the company.
- Ability to apply knowledge of market research;
- Accuracy in working with large amounts of data;
- A proactive and flexible person;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
- Advanced Internet & Computer skills;
- Fluency in English - both spoken and written
