The Oracle Partner Network (OPN) is a program that delivers benefits to over 20,000 Oracle Partners worldwide. The goal of the program is to enable partners to develop, sell and influence the sales of Oracle Software. One set of those benefits is Education: online product, sales and implementation training, access to in class training, local events, and special partner training offerings. Those resources are accessed via the OPN Portal (http://partner.oracle.com).

Currently based in Romania the OPN Competency Center Enablement Team is responsible for maintaining and delivering the education content to the partners via the OPN Portal. This team collects, builds, and identifies content that needs to be produced and ensures that the right Oracle resources are making it. The team also maintains the web site pages related to Oracle products, specific partner pages and business initiatives, including content gathering, uploading content to the site, and ensuring the communication of the content availability.

To do this job effectively we are recruiting a project coordinator who will track the progress of the various activities the team by creating project timelines and montoring and reporting on delivery of these projects. The role will report to the director of Partner Enablement who is based in the USA, but project managers are based in Romania.

The Project Coordinator is an administrative role that requires someone with excellent organisational skills, and a knowlege of how projects are managed. The ideal candidate for this job will have strong communication skills (English a must), excellent problem solving skills, and some knowledge of project management software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Set up project timelines with the input of the Enablement team during planning phase
-Input project elements into software program for ease of tracking (Excel or MS Projects)
-Meet regularly with Enablement team to collect data on the progress of each project
-Communicate on project status to manager weekly
-Update and publish project status on internal web site
-Manage content of internal web site (my.oracle.com)
-Maintain event calendar on the Oracle Partner Network
-Monitor Key Performance Indicators each quarter with Reporting Specialist
-Maintain list of project mapping and resources used for each team member


CERINTE

-University degree
-3+ years experience in a project coordinator role or similar job
-Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
-Ability to meet deadlines and set goals to meet them
-Project Management training or knowledge
-Understanding of HTML and general Web publishing
-Strong communication and validation abilities
-Excellent language skills: Fluent English, other languages a plus
-Must be able to multi-task, share job responsibilities with other team members.
-Computer software knowledge a plus (Excel, MS Projects)
