• Organize and conduct the entire project
• Cooperate with the development team from Romania and with his homologue from France
• Sets up project control procedures & routines
• Maintain a strong relation with the authorities in order to obtain all the necessary documentations and authorizations
• Follow the project during his unrolling from the start to the end
• Prepares and maintains master schedule and prepares detail schedules as and when required
• Executes performance monitoring and forecasting
• Evaluates variances in schedule & costs and propose corrective actions
• Establishes and maintains work breakdown and cost breakdown structures as a basis for planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Experience on a previous similar job – the electricity domain is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Romanian market and especially the electricity Romanian market
• Excellent abilities in project management
• Good knowledge’s in different domains, in order to manage the project in good conditions: technical, electrical, juridical, organizational skills
• University level in Engineering and/or Project Management
• Fluent in English language (spoken and written), French is an advantage
• Good negotiating and presentation skills
• Skilled in developing & maintaining good professional & personal relations and networks.
