RESPONSABILITATI

Primary Function:

Through understanding of the project business provide financial and administrative support to management, Project Managers and other customers as requested. Is responsible for order booking, project tracking, month end closing, management and financial reporting.

Major responsibilities:
- Maintaining and tracking project financials
- Financial reports analysis
- Sales order booking
- 3rd party purchasing process
- Invoicing
- Month end process (revenue recognition & cost accounting, voucher posting)
- Forecasting, reporting
- Participation in project status meetings (teleconferences)
- Account reconciliation (Accruals and Deferrals checking)
- Check and validate labor entries that have been posted to the project
- Work together with collection to make sure there are no payment issues with customer
- Maintain project documentation


CERINTE

Minimum Role Qualifications / Skills Required:
- Accounting knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of project business
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to explain corporate objectives
- Very good Excel knowledge

Personal competencies:
- Analytic skills, accuracy, judgment, teamwork, planning, organizing, initiative, professionalism, flexibility.
