ISG personnel Management is looking for his client, a multinational company operating in energy sector, for their Project Department in Romania a Project Assistant.
Responsibilities and tasks
The Project Assistant supports the responsible Project Manager and Project Site Supervisor in all activities of project planning of wind turbines.
• Active support of the Project Manager and Site supervisor in organisation, handling and invoicing of projects
• Generation and administration of documentation according to the actual guidelines for erected wind turbines
• Self dependent correspondence also in English language
• Accounting the second and adjacent steps of payment
• Editing of purchase invoices, service reports, delivery receipts
• Management and administration of databases
• Demand of purchase orders as well as calling offs and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordination of appointments and business trips
Qualifications and work experience
• Graduate in an economic or a technical science
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Customer orientation
• Sense of responsibility
• Detail orientation, precision
• Team working ability
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP – systems , ideally SAP
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Ideally also knowledge of German language
