This position is within the Production Department. The Project Analyst will report to the Production Director.
Analysing the production business under all its aspects, from a financial, operational and qualitative perspective;
Keeping statistics and key performance indicators of the projects conducted in production on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis;
Analysing timing, budget and quality of the services delivered by IIS on a project-by-project basis (identify and analyze project non-conformities);
Monitoring client satisfaction and identifying causes of errors / inefficiencies; proposing recommendations to increase efficiency and quality;
Through his/her activity, lead to an increase in the department’s efficiency, as well as an increase in chargeability, profitability, and high quality service;
Producing regular economic and financial reports to support managerial decisions;
Supervises, together with departmental managers, the proposed action plans, the status of their implementation and ensures their successful completion

Strong analytical skills;
Competence in business analysis;
Basic knowledge of finance concepts;
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of statistics / statistical software is a plus;
Knowledge of market research principles is a plus;
Fluencyin English, French knowledge is a plus.
