Starting from day one you will analyse the functionality of our current Content Management System (CMS), as well as hold interviews with the stakeholders and opinion leaders. You will find out in which way to connect all independent systems with this central system that will store the global knowledge about the Avira website.
Enhance a long term lasting content management framework that will reduce manual work and allow managing vast amount of content with a small but effective frontend development team.
Once development has started you will be highly involved in discussion with the development teams, clarifying open issues, and testing, training, mediating and negotiating differences in opinions. You will function as catalyst as well as using all means of negotiation techniques when interacting with experts in their specific fields.
The best project analysts are good in creating requirements and specifications of projects together with all involved parties such as project’s beneficiaries and web development. Based on your previous work experience, you have a deep understanding of industry standard CMS systems and of web analytics tools. You will analyse the information and data collected, regarding the requested features. You will keep close contact with our web and frontend development teams located in Bucharest, Romania as well as with the Marketing, Support and the Business Line teams located in Germany. You are willing to travel if required to Avira’s headquarter in Germany. You organize project meetings as well as support the project manager in creating project plans and ensure project milestones are met. You will be in charge of testing the project deliverable before it is handed over and organize internal seminars and workshops.
