You will be responsible for the improvement of a web-relevant and cross-company project. You will be the interface between Web development, Marketing, Avira Business Lines and Support. The collection and presenting of information and data from these departments will be part of your key tasks. You have the ability to make every project a success, while being confronted with challenges and difficulties that you will find solutions for.
Project Analyst:
Starting from day one you will analyse the functionality of all existing independent expert systems as well has having interviews with the stakeholders and opinion leaders. You will find out in which way to connect all independent systems with the new central system that will store the global knowledge about malware and non malware files.
Enhance a long term lasting content management framework that will reduce manual work and allow managing vast amount of content with a small but effective frontend development team.
Once development has started you will be highly involved in discussion with the development teams, clarifying open issues, testing, training, mediating and negotiating differences in opinions. You will function as catalyst as well as using all means of negotiation techniques when interacting with experts in their specific fields.
The best project analysts are good in creating requirements and specifications of projects together with all involved parties such as project’s beneficiaries and web development. You will analyze the information and data collected, regarding the requested features. You will keep close contact with our web and frontend development teams located in Bucharest, Romania as well as with the Marketing, Support and the Business Line teams located in Germany. You are willing to travel if required to Avira’s headquarter in Germany. You organize project meetings as well as support the project manager in creating project plans and ensure project milestones are met. You will be in charge of testing the project deliverable before it is handed over and organize internal seminars and workshops.
