Our client, active in the business of manufacturing electronics and providing services to original equipment manufacturers requires talented professional for the Programs Director position.
The main responsibilities are the following:
- Directs and leads customer team activities: concerns, follow-up on corrective actions
- Directs multiple tasks: continuous improvement programs, business analysis, quoting and pricing, contract reviews, change management, on-time delivery, inventory and forecasting
- Builds customer relationships and business development
- Provides centralized management authority over all business and technical aspects of a customer account
- Directs NPI programs and coordinates or develops applicable proposals and quoting activities
- Reviews BU inventory position and assist teams in developing strategies to manage inventory levels
- Develops a strong knowledge of the customer’s product, utilization, strategies and requirements to support transitional activity
- Oversees the monitoring and control of budgets and schedules to meet program requirements and takes corrective action as rerequired to correct unfavorable variances
- Relevant experience in the Electronics area as a team manager
- Strong leadership proven abilities
- Solid financial understanding, risk analysis ability, relationship-building and project management
- Effective negotiation and problem solving skills
- Available to travel up to 25% to 40% of the time
