- Monitoring and balancing of work load per capita;
- Follows up and monitors monthly Key Performance Indicators;
- Set up of new operational procedures and new work methods;
- Staff evaluation and devleopment plan elaboration;
- Support for employees on project troubleshooting.
- University graduate in a technical field, preferably related to Computers;
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience, and minimum 3 years work experience;
- Advanced knowledge in programing: PHP, VB Script, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
- Good knowledge of MySql and other basic concepts in databases;
- Knowledge of marketing concepts, techniques, and principles is a plus;
- Structured, logical thinking; good organization skills;
- Initiative, creativity, self-motivation and flexibility;
-Capability to work independently and to manage a team.
- On-the-job training provided with subsequent training opportunities as needed;
