- Communicates to the subordinates the annual objectives of the department / business plan and implements the decided measures to reach these objectives.
- Provides suggestions to improve the daily activity of the department and implements, control and evaluates the measures assigned for his/her team.
- Assess training needs for programming team; suggests training topics.
- Cooperates with Competence managers on building standards, learning and case studies specific to programming team.
- Allocates projects to the subordinated team and monitors the team performances.
- Supervises staff on their day-to-day project related activities; validate the key steps in complex projects when the projects are performed by more junior staff.
- Monitors client satisfaction on a constant basis.
- Provides support to the Team Leader/ Division Manager/ in the periodically assessment process.
- Previous experience in team leading;
- Analytical thinking, planning and development skills;
- Advanced knowledge in programming: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Good knowledge of MySql and other basic concepts in databases.
- Knowledge of Macromedia (Flash and Dreamweaver), and graphical design (PaintShopPro, Adobe,Corel) would be a plus
- Problem solving, attention to details.
- Proficient in English
