As an Programmer java (Client-Server) you are a member of newly created Software Development department inside iQON. You role is to implement secured and scalable software applications to support Enterprise Business Processes. You will also take part in creating the future of our start-up company by contributing to the new initiatives on mobile phones and tablets.
• Create from zero client-server software.
• Being involved in development process. Your opinions in this company matters!
• Work together with other members of the team on software development tasks, including design & architecture, coding and troubleshooting software; the focus is on (but not limited to) the server side;
• Interact with product management to refine feature requirements and write feature specifications;
• Deploy new releases and ensure production stability;
• Operate and maintain the service;
• If required, collaborate with other functional groups or teams to ensure project success.
• Strong Computer Science background and 3+ years of relevant industry experience;
• Solid understanding of object-oriented analysis and design principles, design patterns and computer science fundamentals;
• Knowledge of client-server programming (Java);
• Desire for learning and self-improvement;
• Knowledge of web technologies (i.e: Tomcat, JBoss, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and databases;
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
Not mandatory, but highly desirable requirements:
• Knowledge of Enterprise Business Process Modeling: Documentum, Sharepoint, SAP, Oracle;
• Knowledge of security encryption between client-server;
• Experience developing mobile applications (iPhone, Android, Windows Phone) are greatly appreciated;
