makes estimations for Technical Design, programming and Unit Testing as part of a development
- designs the technical design based on the functional design delivered by the System Analyst
- implements the technical design according to set standards
- performs unit testing after implementation
- updates the integration testing plan
- creates the release form with all details needed to install and transfer the software to the test environment
- updates the technical documentation
- provides technical support for new and existing applications
- reviews quality of design and implementation of other members in Insurance team
EDUCATION:
IT Faculties (Automatics, Cybernetics, etc)
EXPERIENCE:
Previous programming experience in COBOL is a must.
AS400 system or Insurance knowledge is a plus.
PROFILE:
Organised person, efficient, focused, able to work under pressure and capable to meet certain deadlines, pro-active.
In cei 6 ani de experienta acumulata in domeniul resurselor umane am simtit nevoia unor instrumente care sa faciliteze munca de zi cu zi, care sa eficientizeze procesele de recrutare, evaluarea performantelor, administrarea personalului, pregatirea si abilitatile, grila salariala, care sa ofere informatii clare pentru luarea deciziilor. Astfel am implementat diferite sisteme de resurse umane si am vazut cum creste eficienta acestui departament. In timp ne-am dorit sa le automatizam si sa le integram cu celelalte programe pe care beneficiarul le utilizeaza si am facut primul pas catre creearea de software de resurse umane adaptat la cerintele clientului.
