Within the Sense & Control Department we design, verify and bring into high volume production innovative, semiconductor based MEMS products, magnetic sensors, wireless control products, sensor interface ICs for powertrain, comfort and safety applications. We are the preferred supplier of integrated sensor solutions within the automotive business.
To strengthen our activities in emerging markets, we are seeking an experienced Program/ Project Manager for the development of ASIC's for automotive applications. Your challenge will be to develop competitive products within schedule, quality, cost and resource constraints Your interdisciplinary team will encompass analog and digital design engineers, test engineers, product engineers as well as marketing and quality managers.

Job Description (Responsibilities):
• As a Program Manger you would follow the full product development cycle from idea to product being responsible for project schedule planning and its execution as well as allocation of project resources and controlling of costs. You would lead project milestones achievement reviews and report program status to executive level;
• Next to project planning, reporting and monitoring, you will be the product development interface to our external and internal customers, to our silicon wafer and packaging operations as well as to the marketing and business administration departments.
Education:
Graduate of a technical university (Electronics, Computer Science, Automation etc.);
Experience / Knowledge:
• Good understanding of semiconductor development flow;
• Experienced in working in a product development environment and good working knowledge of product development processes and the phased approach to projects
• Experience in project management (IPMA methodology preferred);
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams of more than 10 people;
• Experience with management of multi-site projects;
• Proven good handling of cultural differences;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written);
• Broad engineering experience in developing microelectronics products is a plus.
