We are looking for a Program Manager for one of ours clients, leader in the semiconductors field.
General Purpose: Development of competitive new products within the relevant development flow rules
Contractual issues with regard to co-operation partners, if applicable.
-Responsible for project schedule planning and its compliance
-Responsible for the allocation of project resources in agreement with the respective resource manager
-Responsible for the planning and control of all expenses.
-Responsible for regular project reviews and program status reporting to executive level
-Responsible for risk management including FMEA within the whole project
-Responsible for setting up proper lesson learned out of project progress
Overall project responsibility (including verification of concept and design min. on top level, as well as FE and BE setup until preproduction).
The ideal candidate will be:
- a determined character type and a very fast learner;
- high performance oriented;
- capable of working in large multinational and multicultural teams from a driving position;
- capable of complex and analytical thinking;
- must be perfectly fluent in English, ideally also conversational in German;
- with 1-3 years of experience in semiconductors (even as working student),
- a graduate in Electronics;
- willing to travel;
- working in an international environment with professionals in the semiconductor field
