•Project management for Chipcards & Security industry:
- Responsible for meeting the project objectives within the approved budget/ timeline
- Responsible for project schedule planning and its compliance
- Responsible for the allocation of projects resources in agreement with the respective resource manager;
- Responsible for the planning and control of all expenses;
- Responsible for project reviews and program status reporting to executive level;
- Responsible for risk management within the whole project;
- Responsible for setting up proper lesson learned out of project progress
•Graduate of a technical university (computer science, electronics etc.)
•Strong technical expertise in digital design (front-end and Back-end design flow)
•Solid experience in project management and development flow
•Experience in leading design teams and coaching new employees highly suitable
•Experience and knowledge of embedded systems is a plus
•Leadership and team motivation skills
•Fluent in English
•Flexibility for business trips abroad
•Driver attitude
