RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is the world's leading supplier of technologie, project management, information solutions to the oil and gas industry.

Our client is looking for a Professional Treasurer whose mission will be:
Responsible for the daily monitoring of the company’s cash position, short-term borrowings/investing, forecasting of cash needs, funds movements, month-end and quarter-end reporting, coordinating accounts opening and closure, banking systems, maintaining bank/ financial institutions relations and all other treasury requirements for the geographic region.


Cash management
Manage the Geomarket cash flow by ensuring an appropriate level of cash is held, in the correct currency (by carrying out FX deals). Accurate cash flow forcasting by company country. Responsible for all Geomarket bank, netting, cash in transit and petty cash accounts. (in excess of 80). Calculate on a weekly basis the level of cash to be borrowed / repaid in relevant countries. Control of costs for interest of borrowing / overdrafts. Prepare funding for major capital investments

Banking
Geomarket contact for maintenance and correct operation of EBS systems. Management of the Citibank Cash pool. Cash Transactions - Support Treasury Cash Accountants to ensure accurate and timely recording of all cash related transactions. Review and sign off on all bank reconciliations. Intercompany - Liaise closely with the interco supervisor and Tax manager ensure all interco transactions paid on a timely basis and funding is in place to enable settlements.

Reporting
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of: Liquidity, Currency Exposure, Bank accounts

Management /Other
Continually review & develop new procedures to improve Treasury / Payables process & ensure in line with Sarbanes Oxley.
Mentoring / training of Treasury & Payables team to ensure development & progression. Recording & monitoring department KPIs.


CERINTE

University degree (Economics - Accounting);
Fluency in business English mandatory;
Minimum five years practical computerized accounting experience.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong concern for the order, quality and accuracy of his/her work, proactive attitude, don’t give up, very good communication skills.
The candidate must show availability to travel abroad.
