RESPONSABILITATI

Based in Bucharest, you will be responsible for professional service delivery teams management and business managment work to ensure technical support service ,spare parts service and customer training service being deliveried by contracts, service profit and customer service satisfactions, improve the relationship to our key customer, VDF, ORANGE, RTC in Romania.

- Organizing and managing different delivery teams to delivery professional service according to service contract, including technical support service, spare parts service, customer training service etc.
- Communicating with the top customers and grasp the service requirements of the customers;
- Improving relationship with customer Technical and O&M Dept ,
- Improving and ensure professional service satisfaction of customers
- Managing finance profit/loss for professional service business


CERINTE

- Tele-communication experience more than 6 years which contains management experience more than 2 years;
- Possessing high level knowledge of product technology and network technology; communicating and discussing the product technology, network optimizing, business operation roundly with the customers and proposing constructive suggestions.
- Being familiar with maintaining business flow, work group management, performance management, qualification management, project management etc.
- Good communicating skills; good organizing, processing and public relation understanding abilities;
- Fluency in English.
