Based in Bucharest, you will be responsible for Customer service/ maintenance management work to guide our engineer to maintain network equipments, to support service bidding, to delivery the professional service project including customer training. You will support our customers in all technical support aspects and improve the relationship to our key customer, VDF, ORANGE, RTC in Romania.
- Organize delivery professional service, including warranty, spare parts, NOC & FLM & SPM, Network design and planning, etc.
- Organize the customer service and routine maintenance work
- Improve relationship with customer Technical and O&M Dept.
- Provide training for customers
- Pre-sales support for service bidding.
- University degree or above in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant working experience.
- Very Good knowledge of maintenance and technical support
- Ability of technical support management & Aggressive attitude
- Fluency in English.
- At least 2 years after-sales technical service experiences with the incumbents in Europe
