• Look after all matters related to people management;
• Production scheduling, production orders management;
• Monitoring plant KPI’s e.g. operating cost, line efficiencies, quality etc.
• Background in Production management or Chemistry or Chemical Engineering;
• Working knowledge in ERP systems, preferably SAP;
• At least 3 years experience at a Plant relevant position, preferably in a company with SAP system;
• Good knowledge of English (written and oral);
• Team spirit, leadership, strong communication and analytical skills, ability to work in a highly demanding environment.
