The purpose of the job is to lead a team of manufacturing production personnel to operate assembly and packaging lines in a shifted operation to achieve quality, volume, financial and on-time delivery targets.
Key result tasks:
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction;
- Achieve fast order fulfillment lead times;
- Effectively lead, manage and motivate the team;
- Achieve a globally competitive cost level.
- Technical University Degree;
- 2+ years experience in production;
- Proven production manager, with the ability to motivate and lead at least a 50+ production team;
- High volume assembly/packing experience
- Experience with SAP;
- Advanced knowledge of English language.
