-Production Planning, Control and Scheduling;

-Performance analysis of plant (On Time in Full i.e. OTIF) and OTIF failure analysis;
-Communicating daily with USA Counterpart;
-Daily monitoring the production and analyzing the same with previous data
-Capacity vs. Demand analysis;
-Meeting all set SLA’s and exceed client expectations;
-Controlling of various parameters and KPIs’ (Key performance Indicators) production, planning, scheduling and optimizing the resources available considering cost benefits, in consultation with marketing for orders;
-To give optimum day to day as well as weekly planning considering the constraints of the plant and market requirements;
-Smooth dispatch of material in co-ordination with Quality & Logistic department;
-Co-coordinating between marketing & operation department;
-Operating with and leading a team of engineers towards targeted Loss Reduction;
-Understanding of productions process and warehouse management;
-3 years work experience in Planning & Logistics activities, in analytical functions, preferably in a multinational environment;
-Experience in working interdisciplinary between sales and production;
-Proficient Microsoft Office -MS Excel;
-Having good knowledge of SAP (R/3, MM/PP/SD);
-Fluency in English & German is a must;
-Technical University degree or Business University degree with a strong technical knowledge base;
-Good planning and organizing abilities;
-Strong negotiating skills;
-Good verbal and written communication skills;
