-Mananging the department’s budget; generating new ideas to reduce production and supply chain cost.
-Generating ideas, planning to enhance the performance of the manufacturing units.
-Managing day-to-day operations including monthly closings, audits, safety issues, maintenance needs, process improvements, shipping and receiving materials etc.
-Insuring customer expectations are met or exceeded through product consistency and prompt follow up to customer issues and feedback.
-Responsible for establishing safety /environmental performance targets, insuring proficiency of departments with ES&H procedures, guidelines, and requirements.
-Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Chemical Engineering)
-Previous experience on a similar position;
-Good command of English language;
-Good PC skills: MS Office
-Developed analysis and synthesis capacities;
-Pro-active;
-Good organizing and planning skills;
-Abilities of coordinating and motivating people
