¿Organizing, leading and controlling the manufacturing activity, being responsible for the results concerning quality and on-time delivery;
¿Driving recruiting, training and performance monitoring of the personal reporting to him;
¿Prioritizing production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements;
¿Generating action plans for activity improvement;
¿Driving the corrective action results further to the internal or external audits in the manufacturing area;
¿Reviewing and establishing material, equipment and manpower resource requirements;
¿Coordinates production activities with other functional groups such as planning, engineering, maintenance, logistics, quality.
Experience in long production cycle activities(10-12 months), very big machines with high-tech intelligence;
Mechanical Engineering degree;
Excellent command of English;
Minimum 7 years experience in machine-tools industry;
Familiar with the machine-tools business requirements and able to implement them in a consistent manufacturing plan;
Strong personality committed to drive for success;
Provides leadership; demonstrates experience in performance development, teaching/leading, mentoring and/or organization development.
