- Solving production problems on schedule and economically
- Assuring that the shift system functions and solving the eventual problems
- Assuring quality and efficiency as discussed with the management
- Supervising the production in order to sustain the deadlines
- Testing and quality verifying the products and permanent improving the quality of the products
- Mediating the relationship employees-management on personal leaves, medical check, professional development (the mechanics) vis-¿-vis cultural organization of the company
- Maintain the contact with the factory suppliers and improving the production technology
- Coordinate the maintenance process of the textile machines through internal repairing or foreign firms contribution
- Maintaining the working conditions (labor protection)
- Reporting to the management of the company
- Taking financial decisions based on the list of acquisitions.
- University graduated,
- English is mandatory,
- Min. 5 years experience in construction materials domain on a management position,
- Stress resistant, flexible and organized,
- Proven leadership and persuasion abilities.
