Main tasks:
-Cooperates with Works, Design and Project Managers in the offer phase of the project in defining the average production efficiency target of the elements
-Reserves production capacity to the element production of the project based on the efficiency target defined on the previous phase
-Defines target hour sales set to the every element with regarding to the own project considering total efficiency target determined on the sales phase
-Ensures that the plant requirements are taken into consideration in the project planning in order to assure the cost efficient production
-Is responsible in production process’s efficiency, costs, undisturbed continuation, schedules and quality of the own project
-Ensures that the material flows (subcontracted and own products) in the own project has been planned and are to be realized in the way that the production process is undisturbed and implemented on planned schedule
-Is responsible for the cost accounting and its correctness in the own project.
-University technical degree
-Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial production - preferable in coil profiling (roofing, facades etc.) based production
-Experience in managing and motivating of a team of minimum 100 people
-Experience of accountable management
-Very good communication skills
-Able to work in high-stress conditions and to meet dead-lines
-English language - very good command
-PC literate: MS-Office - very good
-Driving licence.

Due to the strategy of the company focused on growth on Central and Eastern Europe, Ruukki will becomes a local manufacturer of metal-based construction materials in Romania in 2007 through his in-vestment plan of EUR 35 million. The plant will be built in municipality of Giurgiu, about 20 km from Bucharest (near Bolintin Deal village) and will cover the metal-based production from profiling and steel frame to sandwich panels, roofing, cladding profiles and liner trays.
