For one of our clients, a multinational company, world leader in convenient foods and beverages, which had revenues of more than $ 35 billion in 2006 and currently employs 157,000 people worldwide, we are looking for a Production Manager.
Maintaining and further improving the production efficiency and cost in accordance with budget and KPIs goals;
Coordinating the operational compartments under his/her supervision aiming at achieving the objectives of the Production Plan with maximum efficiency, on time and within PI quality standards;
Analysing monthly manufacturing expenses report issued by financial department and keeping a tight control of the expenses in production cost centres;
Managing with maximum efficiency of all production resources (people, technology, raw and packaging materials, time) in all functional and operational production compartments;
Production monitoring and controlling;
Assuring production quality and food safety;
Implementing and maintaining work and fire protection measures.
University Degree in food chemistry of mechanical engineering;
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production management, preferably in Food industry ;
Good knowledge of production management and operations;
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously;
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, conflict management and problem solving skills;
Computer literate;
Proficiency in English;
Clean driving license.
