Our client is an important company in textile industry field.
The main responsibilities for this position are:
- Organize and supervise all production planning, including quality and quantity
- Ensure that the quality and efficiency targets have been reach according to the budget
- Ensure the production flow is according to the planning
- Supervise, train, and manage staff on various levels of responsibility
- Make sure that safety procedures are respected
- Ensure that records for all technical files, changes of technological processes, changes of patterns, grading, are kept correctly
- Communicate with the Maintenance Manager in advance for any machinery which does not work properly
- Relevant experience in production flow and operations
- Good knowledge on pattern, fabric, trims accessories
- Good command of English
- Good PC knowledge
- Good communication ( verbal and written)
- Team Player
