- organize efficient production process;
- take neccessary measures to solve technical and administrative problems within technical department;
- administrate, train and evaluate his subordinates;
- organize shifts and working schedule of subordinates in order to achieve production plan in line with company objectives;
- follow-up and analyze activity reports from production and maintenance departments and submit further reports to management;
- propose strategies for decreasing production cost;
- take part in signing contracts and maintain the relationship with suppliers for equipment and services related to technical department;
- recommend and implement procedures within technical department;
- Technical University graduate;
- Good English knowledge;
- Minimun 5 years experience in industrial production;
- Computer literacy;
- Open minded, organised, communicative, ambitious;
- Available for travelling;
- Valid driving licence.
