- Optimizes the existing production flows
- Hires, trains and supervises the chefs of the shift and the operators
- Brings up-to-date the existing working instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Controls and respects the internal rules regarding the flow of RM and PM
- Bachelor degree in Management of Technological Systems
- Minimum 2 years experience in production engineer
- Experience in manufacturing engineering - it's an advantage
- Excellent communications and coordonation skills
- English skills: good
