Product Test Engineer - cod PTE AP

RESPONSABILITATI

Test Engineer develops test concepts and test applications for Automotive Power products. The Test Engineer is working in an international cross functional team.

Main tasks are:
- Definition / generation of test concept, test specification and test documentation
- Development of Test-Hardware (boards, probe-cards)
- Implementation of test programs for product analysis / verification and product characterization
- Implementation of test programs for testing Qualification Samples and Engineering / Customer Samples
- Development of quality and cost optimised test packages for production test (Wafer Test, Final Test, Module Test)
- Test package transfer to the production sites, availability of test packages in time
- Transfer of the developed test soft and hardware to our worldwide production sites
- Training and support the production test engineers in testing items
- Ramp up support and yield optimization
