In this position you will be responsible to elaborate, develop and implement the product strategy. You create new products using the existing ideas and develop new ideas based on the gained experience, client contact and market request. Furthermore you will also be in charge for the products‘profitability. It is also necessary to have a permanent contact with the production part and assure that the products are created according to the current legislation. Additionally, you are involved in the active analysis of the life cycle of the products from the strategic planning to operational activities. Last but not least, you establish the market requirements for the products through research based on visits to clients and market information.
Our ideal candidate has a university degree in Constructions/Civil Constructions and a minimum of 2 years experience in planning, in a similar position (testing new products, production). You are very familiar with the current legislation (local and European level) and have good technical as well as business knowledge. Additionally, we require good English skills, German language is a plus. You show high interest in the market and in solving the market’s problems.
Regarding the personality, we are looking for a result and client-oriented person with high learning skills and team spirit. Due to your high success orientation you know how to create business opportunities.
