RESPONSABILITATI

- With the available information and knowledge of the territory, plan overall visit schedule to maximize target audience and coverage
- Analyze the target audience and correlate with their sales potential to optimize PSR resources
- Use appropriate sales techniques and skills (probing, feature/benefit selling, answering objections, closing etc.) during sales presentations to maximize product or program acceptance
- Set up appropriate call objectives based on analyses of sales/competitor situation, understanding of customer and previous call records
- Organize and utilize promotional support and sampling materials to adequately support sales calls
- Set up and help administer marketing support with the PM
- Plan, participate and implement appropriate individual and group activities (sponsorship, video meetings, congresses, journals etc.) within the limits of the established budget to positively support ongoing sales activities
- Maintains regular contact with all generalists and pharmaceutical specialists and follows established sales procedures to sell our products and gather information on competition and target audiences
- Understanding territory dynamics and evaluate territory potential to assist in developing an efficient territory coverage plan.
- Prepare daily and weekly plan of calls and activities. Pre-advise of major monthly activity.
- Prepare daily itineraries that will ensure efficient territory coverage
- Maintain active records of pertinent customer information and appropriate targeting information and call activity (based on sales information systems)
- Periodically evaluate sales results, call frequency etc., to assist in understanding of territory and planning of job requirements
