RESPONSABILITATI

In the name of our client, a multinational company, we are searching for Product sales manager (Mechanical Solutions Division).

Objective
Dynamically develops business relationships with new customers and increase the company‘s exposure by proactively matching the company’s products and solutions portfolio to customer’s business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategy (the position requires planning, organising, ability for all sales activities in order to achieve set goals and targets):
- Analyzes and understands business market;
- Identifies new opportunities for business development;
- Manage and develop key accounts portfolio;
- Co-ordinate the activity of the resellers;
- Negotiate the terms and conditions for the new contracts;
- Manages the department budget and work to achieve financial targets;
- Interface with the management on all business issues.


CERINTE

Requirements:
- University Degree (technical educational background - Civil Construction, Architecture, Geophysics, Geology Geodesy or related - is mandatory; only the candidates who meet this requirement will be contacted);
- Proven experience of sales achieved to date (At least 3 years of successful sales experience)
- Proven knowledge of sales management process (At least one year work experience in a management position);
- Local market knowledge / experience would be a plus (Autodesk software market and products: AutoCad Civil 3D, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Achitecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP.); also, experience with database software (user / development) would be a plus;
- Highly customer/partner-focused, structured and analytic, goal-oriented;
- Entrepreneurial mind and consulting skills;
- Experience of contract preparation and negotiation;
- Excellent communication, negotiating and relationship management skills;
- Team player;
- Advanced skills in written and spoken English are essential;
- PC proficiency;
- Driving license (is a must)
