Our client, a top-ten pharmaceutical company serving the United Kingdom, with an outstanding record of innovation in the pharmacutical field, one of the most important company in Pharma Research&Developement, part of a family of around 190 healthcare companies active worldwide, is looking for a Product Manager for the Virology Franchise.
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for the commercial development of the HIV products and future virology portfolio of the Company in Romania.
- Develop and implement the short-term and long-term marketing strategies for the brand/ portfolio, with focus on maximizing sales, market share and operating profitability of the franchise.
- Ensure portfolio optimization, managing the product launch process through effective resource-allocation and identifying strategies for maximizing product life cycles.
- Develop partnerships with medical societies, opinion leaders, patients, clients, and suppliers to strengthen the company position in the respective market segments and increase sales.
- Lead cross-functional projects and manage relationships with internal business partners to achieve business results:
- Ensure implementation of marketing excellence principles;
- Integrate the marketing strategy with the sales process;
- Evidence Based Medicine;
- Regulatory & Health Economics;
- Financial Management.
Experience:
- Successful track record in sales, marketing, market research or project management;
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience;
- Experience in the fields of HIV, virology or immunology would be considered an advantage;
- Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing.

Education:
- Advanced degree in business or life sciences.
