- To identify SME potential market segments and to determine the behavior and the needs of the potential clients;
- To monitor periodically the competition¿s products and services and the entire financial ¿ banking sector, and to present reports of the market evolution and competition¿s products;
- To propose and to develop new products and services for SME clients to fulfill the needs of the potential clients;
- To improve and to actualize periodically the existing products and services;
- To coordinate the process of developing and approval the procedure related to the new project, products and service and the implementing process of the new product, service;
- To communicate and to collaborate with the other departments involved directly or indirectly in the process of developing and management the products and services dedicated to SME (presentations, training, promotional activities, third parties related, etc);
- To be responsible with the products, in all aspects: results, success etc.
- Very good knowledge of credits;
- Very good knowledge of the credit products for SME;
- Basic knowledge of legal issues;
- University degree in Economics;
- Very good command of English;
- Analytical and synthesis skills;
- Detail oriented;
- Very good computer skills.
