- Managing individual loan products. Develop the profitable products dedicated for specific category of clients required by the market
- Product description: characteristics, specifications based on the system and procedures requirements
-Monitor of the banking market and of the economic environment in order to keep the financial performance of the retail products as well as the improvements if needed
-Elaborate the annual planning for product development for the retail segment part as the business plan
- Develop the profitable models for portfolio products as well as profitability and monitoring provisioning.
- Monitoring. reporting the product portfolio profitably for clients segments
- Initiate norms/ manuals and procedures
- Propose the pricing (interest and commissions ) and pricing modifications
- Revision of the product offer in order to ensure the products that support the completeness and the bank s profitability
- Support the branches and the related departments
Small Business Clients means less than 3.000.000 EUR as T/O.
-University degree

-Able to prioritize tasks/meetings and to work in a highly structured, organized and thorough manner

-Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other related software)
- At least 2 years experience in either Product Management or Sales and Risk
