RESPONSABILITATI

-Design, implement, promote and manage the PCM products/services/channels portfolio;
-Manage the product life cycle of the before mentioned products/services/channels;
-Deliver or readjust (if necessary) working procedures for own products/services/channels;
-Implement and improve the profitability level for the managed portfolio in line with assigned objectives;
-Promote new products or improvements initiatives with positive impact for the business (improve performance or reduce operational risks);
-Third line support & Sales support/consultancy;
-Responsible to join Relationship Managers in client meetings in order to cover PCM products related issues;
-Ensure professional client advise on related issues; when required, address issues to Client Services team or Sales team.


CERINTE

-University degree, preferably in Economics;
-Good English level – written and verbal;
-Solid PC skills;
-Knowledge of internal ING policy and procedures, products, services, relations etc;
-Knowledge of the market practice and competition.
