ISG personnel Management is looking for his client , a multinational company operating in construction materials field a Product Manager.
The Product Manager is expected to:
• Define the product strategy and roadmap - together with his partners General Manager, Sales Manager
• Develop sales and marketing tools
• Support and train the sales force
• Perform product demos to target groups
• Develop the core positioning for the product
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
Required experience and knowledge:
• Technical background, with experience in building industry would be preferable
• University graduated (engineering and/or marketing)
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager would be preferable
• 5 years of experience in a job in the construction market would be preferable
• Strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial, leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Customer focus and result-oriented attitudes
• Good command of the English language (German is a plus)
• Persuasive power and presentation skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Must be able to travel
• Good command of computer
