- Manage assigned product categories (mobile phones) and support all activities/programs needed to maintain/sustain the assigned product category.
- Prepares analysis of sales on monthly basis, and follow-up according to the budget.
- Maximizes profitability through margin management and customer prioritization.
- Responsible for stock management (optimizing stock at company and store level).
- Participates along with the Commercial Manager in meetings with the product suppliers.
- Prepares market/competitors analysis on monthly basis (on prices, types of products and quality).
- Manages assessments per product category, analyzes developments, identifies new products opportunities (through market, manufacturers analysis) and makes recommendations.
- Establishes the promotion actions together with Marketing Department.
- Follows-up promotions and advertising associated with assigned products, evaluating the results against the targets.
- Co-operates with Purchasing for preparing the annual contracts with the suppliers, but also with sales, marketing, logistics for common interest and reaching the targets.
- Ensures the budget compliance; observes the company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for supervising, appraising and motivating his/her team’s member/s.
- Min. 2 years on a similar position (experience in mobile telephony).
- Exposure to an international work environment (would be an asset).
- University degree.
- Fluency in Romanian & English (written and spoken).
- Self management, accountability, decisiveness, analytical thinking, excellent communication & organizational skills.
- PC literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
