For our client, a leading company in industrial field we are recruiting 2 positions of Product Manager.
Product Manager is fully responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for the assigned products on the market in order to ensure the achievement of the company’s business and marketing objectives.
Key Accountabilities
• asses the market potential in order to identify trend and opportunities for a profitable growth
• formulate product marketing objectives and strategy (short and medium term)
• develop, execute and monitor products marketing activity plan
• responsible for managing the product mix and implements plans for a product or a product range
• accountable for all product marketing communication activities in liaison with advertising agencies
• ensure operational excellence in implementing the agreed marketing activity plan within the approved budget
• follow the brand management guidelines provided by the Group and adapt them to the local specific
• communicate to all internal stakeholders the marketing activity plan that will support the strategy
• give full support to sales force in implementing trade marketing activities (product launches, road-show, consumer promotion, etc)
• build long term relationships with all involved parties (sales, technical support, manufacturing, third parties, global marketing team, etc.)
university Degree (preferably economical)
• minimum 4 years experience in marketing – brand/product management
• experience in developing an industrial brand is mandatory
• market understanding
• experience in collaboration with agencies and external suppliers
• excellent communication skills
• creative and analytical abilities
• strong ability to influence others
• team commitment
• fluent in English, French would be an advantage
• MS Office proficiency
• driving license
