RESPONSABILITATI

* Develop new projects in co-ordination with other departments, MasterCard. EDS and AAB Taiwan.
* The areas of focus are project management and on time execution.
* Work with credit and operations to ensure a balanced approach in managing risk and revenues for the initiatives.
* Developing all system requirements for the projects, conducting UATs and training etc.
* Ensures relevant and timely MIS is available for:
* Pre Launch Planning and preparation of all financials
* Detailed Process Flow with Cross Functional Signoffs
* Executes new projects jointly with Product Managers – Credit cards and Cobrands e.g.:
* Utility Bills Payment Program
* Direct Debit Programs (School Fee etc.)
* Loyalty Programs
* Cobrand Credit Cards


CERINTE

* Problem solving is amongst the most critical elements of the job.
* The problems range from finding solutions to counter competitive pressures of well-entrenched market leaders or to a unique request of a merchant/customer.
* Building an attractive value proposition for the customers and understanding the various revenue / cost dynamics of the business.
* Responsible for Project related cost management.
* Recommends major proposals for approval of seniors.
* Graduate.
* 4-5 years of project management experience in a consumer bank with specific exposure of at least 2 years in a business development area.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are required, in order to be able implement and coordinate new product launches, product revamps and other promotions, obtaining internal cross-functional support.
* The job involves strategic vision and a good understanding of the dynamics of the cards merchant acquiring business, especially from a revenue perspective.
* The jobholder should have the balance, judgment and maturity to independently evaluate and execute internal new product ideas and offers from external partners.
* Excellent analytical skills are required to be able to track portfolio trends and identify weaknesses / opportunities to capitalize on the volume & revenue opportunities.
* Excellent PC skills especially Microsoft Excel.
* Fluent in English speaking and writing skills.
* System/ process understanding to enable the individual to be hands-on when involved with new product development, process automations and MIS generation.
