RESPONSABILITATI

- building the annual marketing strategy, action plan and marketing budget,
- fulfilling the annual action plan (launch of new products - ranges or range extensions, product promotions), budget management;
- assure maximum visibility of the brand in the point of sale , assure the appropriate advice.
- the atralisation of the product launches, product promotions or consumer events according to priority, in the point of sale (on the shelves, on the counter and all around it, windows)
- consumer support: product/range brochures with samples, autodiagnostic brochures
- pharmacist support: brand book, product book, monthly merchandising arrangement
- follow-up of the sales-in and sales- out (recuperating sales data from the main pharmacies); follow - up of stocks in order to assure no out of stock products: follow the sales forcasts and the monthly supply plans done by the logistics department
- competitors regular analysis: actions, launches, price positioning, sales-out where possible
- establishing the price for the launched products, price increase or decrease if the case (influenced by competition, inflation, etc)
consumer research: Brand Awareness and Usage & Attitudes Studies


CERINTE

The ideal candidate has University degree with at least 3-5 years working experience in the dermocosmetics industry; previous working experience as Product Manager/Brand Manager, Marketing Manager is required. You also should have high communication and presentation skills, coaching, selling and training skills, be well organized, creative, and innovative. English language should be fluent.
