For our client, the Romanian representative of the world’s largest manufacturer of residential and industrial water treatment systems we are looking for a Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
Developing products & services strategy and business plan;
Driving and coordinating the product development within schedule and budgetary parameters;
Developing and maintaining the HORECA client portfolio all over the country;
Negotiates pricing, terms and conditions of sale with customers;
Collecting information on customer needs and requirements, providing high level consultation to customers by formulating solutions which may cover these requirements;
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction;
Ensuring after-sales customer support;
Reporting accurately on sales activities both to the Sales Manager and to General Manager.
University Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing;
3-5 years of sales experience within a business-to-business environment;
Proven successful experience in managing large accounts;
Business orientation, dedication to meet expectations and requirements of clients;
Strong sales skills;
Team spirit;
Problem solving and analytical skills;
Influence, negotiation and persuasion skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluency in English.
