Product Manager

- Co-operates for creating the annual sales plan, considering market situations and shares, previous year actual sales, company¿s target- University graduated (engineering and/or marketing);
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager would be preferable;
- 5 years of experience in a job in the construction market would be preferable;
- Technical background, with experience in building industry would be preferable;
- Strong communication skills;
- Entrepreneurial, leadership and people-management skills;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Customer focus and result-oriented attitudes;
- Good command of the English language (German is a plus);
- Must be able to travel;
- Good command of computer.s and new stores openings.
- Follows-up the annual sale plans of the company; prepare analysis of sales on monthly basis, and follow-up according to the budget.
- Responsible for budgetary compliance; Maximize profitability through margin management and customer prioritization;
- Prepares market/competitors analysis on monthly basis, concerning prices, types of products and quality;
- Follows-up promotions and advertising associated with assigned products; assesses their success against plan;
- Responsible for managing assessment per product category (mobile phone product category); based on market/competition analysis and knowledge of manufacturers, suggest new products;
- Works with Purchasing for making annual contracts with Suppliers; reports periodically on the progress and results, analyze developments and make recommendations;
- Interface between the company and customers & public;
- Co-ordinates regularly with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics for common interest and to succeed in job targets.
- Responsible for managing, supervising, appraising and motivating his/her team¿s members. Devises (assisted by HR) possible training & development programs for the employees subordinated.
- Takes care of a quantitative and qualitative workforce in his/her team in accordance with the business plan
