The position holder will be responsible for the management and control of the Selected Editions (¿Condensed books¿) Product Line. The Product Manager should closely cooperate with the production department.
- preparation and execution of marketing plan and strategy for the related product in line with
company's strategy (circulation, pricing, sales, costs, profit) in order to expend customer base,
- compilation and analysis of relevant market information,
- development and directing brand promotions and launches,
- preparation and execution of monthly LE and annual budget,
- preparation, execution and monitoring of required budgets, DFC's (Decision ForeCast)and CP's (Cost of Production),
- approval of promotion materials, print orders,
- support coordination of production activities,
- timely preparation (updating, maintaining, reconciling) of required marketing reports to serve the group reporting requirements and meet strict deadlines,
- Facilitate communication flow between departments.
- Analytical Thinking;
- Good command of English and Romanian;
- University degree in marketing or related field;
- Experience in sales and promotion;
- Awareness of market trends;
- Dynamic personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Great sense of responsibility with ability to work under pressure independently as well as in group;
- Task orientation;
- Good entrepreneurial and planing skills;
