- To develop and implement marketing strategies for the assigned portfolio of products in accordance with local and regional plans of the company
- To prepare the marketing budget and the P&L for the assigned portfolio
- To build and maintain value-driven relationships with KOLs
- To organize and deliver product presentations and symposia to opinion leaders and key users, together with the field force
- Responsible for product marketing training of sales team staff
- Develops sales forecasts and cooperates with the Regulatory Affairs and Logistics Manager in order to ensure the availability of the products under his/her responsibility
- University degree / Medicine or Pharmacy would be an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Product Manager, Product Specialist or Senior Medical Representative in medical products or devices industry
- Very strong understanding of local medical products market
- Good knowledge of organizational and financial procedures in hospitals and private clinics, with strong network of connections within decision makers
- Knowledge of foreign languages: English advanced level (necessary) / German would be an advantage
- Computer skills, MS-Office
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Good planning, administration and decision making skills
- Driving license
